ORDER

The petition in Crl.M.P.No.18454 of 2025 has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6, which reads as follows: "Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, Tiruppur. "

2. The petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18458 of 2025 has been filed to amend the remand date as 16.12.2024 instead of 12.11.2024.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as hereunder: ➔ The condition in para No.6 shall be modified as follows:- "Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Page No.2/4

Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, Tiruppur. "

➔ The remand date shall be amended as 16.12.2024 instead of 12.11.2024.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and issue a fresh order copy.
