The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept in paragraph No.4 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 04.01.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.4 of the order dated 04.01.2024 is to be read as follows:

"4.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirupathur, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum of the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of this Court concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that:"

ata 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 04.01.2024 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 5.Time is extended for a period of two weeks from today to execute the sureties.
