ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to take appropriate decision based on the Petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2022 for issuing Joint Patta to the 0.05 Cent out of 1.37.0 Hectares of land in Survey No. 590/1 at Puliyampatti Village, in respect of the Joint Property common land mentioned in Registered Partition Deed bearing No.463/2014 dated 02.05.2014, at the Sub-Registrar office, Barur to the Petitioner, within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent had filed the counter affidavit.
3. The learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that on 29.12.2023 itself, order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner and he also produced the copy of the order.

4. It is seen that, pending this Writ Petition, the respondent has passed orders on 29.12.2023 on the representation given by the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order of the respondent, he is at liberty to work out is remedy in the manner known to law.
