ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appellate authority.

2. In case, the appeal is filed within fifteen days from today, the first appellate authority viz., Assistant Director (Panchayat), Villupuram shall number the appeal and dispose it of without reference to limitation. In case, the appeal is not filed within fifteen days as stated above, the benefit granted in this order will not enure.

3. The Assistant Director (Panchayat), Villupuram is suo motu impleaded as the second respondent and Mr. L.S.M. Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the second respondent.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty. No Costs.
