This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 11.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15893 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16092 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once until further orders.
