This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14100 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15188 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in month i.e on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
