Prayer in both W.Ps: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order dated 29.11.2019 in Letter No.4103/COE/MP/2019 and Letter No.4105/COE/MP/2019 passed by the respondent University and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to allow the petitioners to continue as Principal in the ARM College of Engineering and Technology and ARS College of Engineering and Technology respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners in both the Writ Petitions submitted that due to subsequent development, the claim made by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in these Writ Petitions. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
