This matter is listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 22.12.2023, had disposed of the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.4965 of 2023, by directing the District Munsif, Palacode to dispose of the I.A.No.62/2022 in O.S.No.26/2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned District Munsif, Palacode, has addressed a letter dated 12.01.2024 to the Registry through the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 12.01.2024 sent by the learned District Munsif, Palacode and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said I.A.No.62/2022 in O.S.No.26/2022 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP No.4965 of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of two months to the learned District Munsif, Palacode to dispose of the I.A.No.62/2022 in O.S.No.26/2022 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
