Prayer in WP.No.17188 of 2004: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, after calling for the records relating to the Common Award dated 17.09.2003 passed by the first respondent Labour Court, Salem in I.D.No.507 of 2000 and to quash the same in so far as it has denied the normal relief of backwages and accordingly substitute the same by awarding backwages as well.
