This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the charge sheet against the petitioner alone in C.C.No.3747 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases at Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. The allegation made as against the petitioner/A1 is that in the name of 13 fictitious persons, she availed 13 loans by submitting fake identity cards and pay certificates. A2 has sanctioned the loans in connivance with A1. The 2/4

allegations made as against the petitioner are serious in nature. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to quash the final report at this stage.
