C.M.P.No.24453 of 2025 in S.A.No.33 of 2023 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI,J., The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to take substitute service on the Defendant No.2, Viz., Mumtaz @ Badrun, Residing at No.28/38, Asudhin Khan 1st Lane, Adam Market, Triplicane, Chennai - 600 005, and Defendant No.3, Viz., H.Gulab, No.28/38, Asudhin Khan 1st Lane, Adam Market, Triplicane, Chennai - 600 005, (Defendants 2 and 3 are the Respondents 4 and 5 in the instant Second Appeal by effecting paper publication in one edition of a Tamil Daily, Chennai Edition which has wide circulation in the said locality 2.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court permitted the appellant to take paper publication on 27.10.2025 in any one of the Tamil Dailies circulated within the locality of the respondents, for hearing on 28.10.2025.
