This Court by an Order 30.12.2019 had appointed an Advocate Commissioner to seize the movable items from the premises of the respondents.

2. The Advocate Commissioner filed a report stating that the premises of the second and third respondents was closed and on enquiry it is revealed that the premises has been kept under lock and key for the past two to three months.

3. The report of the Advocate Commencement is taken on file.

4. It is submitted by the learned learned counsel for the respondents that the arbitration proceedings had already been initiated in the year 2019 itself and the same pending.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant sought further period of two months enabling the advocate commissioner to execute the warrant. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

6. In view of the same, time is extended finally for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the applicant shall approach the learned arbitrator for any other interim relief.

7. With the above direction, the application is closed. Consequently, the connected application is also closed.
