..Guarantor/Respondent-4 Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of appointment of ADVOCATE COMMISIONER as receiver to seize the movables items more particularly described in the schedule to the judges summon from the Respondent 1 to 4 or wherever it is found with powers to break open the premises and grant permission to the COMMISIONER to obtain police aid from the concerned police officer and file his report thereon to this Hon'ble Court.
This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
This application has been filed for an interim Order for appointment of an advocate Commissioner to seize the movables mentioned in the schedule to the Judges Summons.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that award has already been passed in this matter.
3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this application and the applicant has to work out the remedy to execute the award. Accordingly, this application is closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
