This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
This application has been filed to pass an order of appointment of Advocate Commissioner as Receiver to seize the movables items more particularly described in the schedule to the Judges Summons from the respondents 1 to 3 or wherever it is found with powers to break open the premises and grant permission to the Advocate Commissioner to obtain Police aid from the concerned Police Officer and file his report thereon to this Court.
2. Today, when the application is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant through video conferencing seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application.
