A.No.9864 of 2019 A.No.9864 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J This application has been filed to pass an order of appointment of Advocate Commissioner as Receiver to seize the movables items more particularly described in the Schedule to the Judges Summon from the respondents 1 to 3 or wherever it is found with powers to break open the premises and grant permission to the Commissioner to obtain Police aid from the concerned Police Officer and file his report thereon to this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that vide, order, dated 30/12/2019, this Court had appointed Advocate Commissioner, to seize the movable items, more particularly described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons from respondents 1 to 3.

3. As the matter is pending from the year 2019, no detail has been furnished as to initiation of arbitration.

4. In view of the above, this Application is closed. A further period of two months time is extended to take inventory of the scheduled items by the Advocate Commissioner. It is for the applicant to get interim relief before the Arbitrator, if the proceedings are pending before the learned Arbitrator. 23/6/2021 mvs.
