1. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed in judgment dated 09.05.2024 against the petitioner herein in C.C.No.39 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai and release the petitioner on bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner/appellant.
