ORDER

The petitioner is the wife seeking transfer of MOP.No.596 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry, to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice on the respondent, the respondent has not chosen to enter appearance either in person or through counsel. The name of the respondent is also printed in the today's cause list. The respondent is called and set exparte. 3.I have heard Mr.S.Gowtham for Mr.S.C.Vishwanth, learned counsel for the petitioner. I have also independently gone through the affidavit and typed set of papers filed by the petitioner in support of the transfer petition. I prima facie find that the petitioner has made out a case for transfer expressing inconvenience and difficulties for attending the hearings at Puducherry.

4.In the light of the above, this petition is allowed and the case in MOP.No.596 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
