O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to provide the information sought by the petitioner, in the RTI application dated 21.04.2023, free of cost, expeditiously within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is stated that an appeal filed by the petitioner is now pending before the first respondent in S.A.No.15453 of 2023 which had been filed on 19.10.2023. Without entering into any discussion on merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to follow appropriate procedure as stipulated under law and dispose of the said 2/5

S.A.No.15453 of 2023 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
