ORDER

The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to grant him permission to conduct the petition mentioned event.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. I am of the view that there cannot be any objection for conceding the petitioner's request. However, the respondent is at liberty to impose appropriate conditions for ensuring the smooth and peaceful conduct of the event.
