] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the present appeal against the judgement dated 12.09.2023 made in S.C.No.154 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore District, Ranipet.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
