Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the third respondent issued in his proceedings M.M.No.7499/A3/2003, dated 04.11.2003 in so far declaring 2 B.T.Assistants (one Maths and one Science) and one Tamil Pandit and one Secondary Grade Teacher Posts as surplus quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to sanction one additional B.T.Assistant Post to the petitioner School inaccordance with the G.O.Ms.No.525, Education Department, dated 29.12.1997.
