ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Certiorari, to call for the records in T.S.E.No.1 of 2021, pending on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the order dated 11.10.2023 passed by the first respondent herein in I.A.No.1 of 2022 and consequently, quash the proceedings in T.S.E.No.1 of 2021 as without jurisdiction, void and illegal.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a memorandum of settlement has been entered into between the petitioner and the second respondent and in view of that, the dispute has been settled once and for all in terms of the settlement.
3. A copy of the memo of settlement has been filed and the same is placed on record. The learned counsel for the second respondent is also present and agreed for the terms of settlement. In view of the above said memo of settlement, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this Writ Page No.2 of 4
Petition.
4. Accordingly, in terms of the memo of settlement filed by the parties, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
