This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed respondent/defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for petitioners 1 and 2 appeared and submitted that they wanted to implead the defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in the above petition. Hence, they have filed the above petition.

3. Mr.P.Munusami, learned counsel for 1st respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed. The proposed respondent/defacto complainant is impleaded as 2nd 1\3

respondent in the above Writ Petition.

5. Issue notice to the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant through court returnable by 15.02.2024. Private notice is also permitted.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 15.02.2024.
