C.M.P.Nos.689, 693 & 694 of 2025 in S.A.No.615 of 2012 P. DHANABAL, J.

These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 854 days in filing petition to set aside abatement consequent to the death of the 4th respondent, to set aside abatement and to bring on record his legal representatives.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, it had been stated that the 4th respondent had died on 21.02.2022 and it would only be appropriate that the proposed respondents are brought on record to prosecute the appeal further. 3.Taking all the factors into consideration, these applications stand allowed.

4.The Registry may carry out necessary amendment in the cause title by noting the death of the 4th respondent, Mangayarkarasi and bring on record the her legal representatives as 9th to 12th respondents. 25.09.2025 smv https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
