These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 854 days in filing petition to set aside abatement consequent to the death of the 3rd respondent, to set aside abatement and to bring on record his legal representatives.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, it had been stated that the 3rd respondent had died on 21.02.2022 and it would only be appropriate that the proposed respondents are brought on record to prosecute the appeal further. 3.Taking all the factors into consideration, these applications stand allowed.
