This petition is filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the CMA.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that notice has been served privately to the respondents and he has filed the proof of service also.

4.However, none appeared on behalf of the respondents.

5.Therefore, the delay of 6 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is accordingly, allowed.

6.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
