The applicant is seeking for recovery of damages from the respondent on account of the substandard quality of materials supplied by the respondent to the applicant.

2.The applicant is having its Branch Office at Chennai. The respondent had supplied materials to the plaintiff only at Chennai. The respondent is having its Registered office at Salem, which is outside the jurisdiction of this Court. The applicant also claims that on receipt of the materials from the respondent, they had supplied the materials to their customers only at Chennai. 3.Since a part of cause of action arose at Chennai, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue as prayed for in this application. 4.Accordingly, leave to sue is granted against the respondent as prayed for in this application and this application is allowed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
