COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by Abdul Quddhose , J.) The above petitions have been filed seeking clarification of the common order, dated

15.03.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Review Application Nos.232 to 235 of 2022, wherein, the Division Bench had recorded the compromise entered into between the M.S.RAMESH, J.

and ABDUL QU DDHOSE, J.

kas parties and passed the common order in terms thereof. However, since the refund of Court fee was not ordered, the Review Applicant, who is the Plaintiff in C.S.Nos.38, 39, 41 42 of 2008 and the appellant in O.S.A.Nos.153 to 156 of 2017, seeks for refund of Court fee, since the same was left out in the directions issued by the Division Bench, in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.

2.Since the parties have settled the dispute among themselves, these petitions seeking clarification of the common order dated 15.03.2023 passed in Review Application Nos.232 to 235 of 2022, are to be allowed as prayed for, by granting refund of Court fee to the Review Applicant / Plaintiff.

3.Accordingly, these petitions stand allowed as prayed for, by directing the Registry to refund the eligible Court fee paid as per Section 69(A) of Tamil Nadu Court Fees And Suits Valuation Act, 1965, to the Plaintiff in C.S.Nos.38, 39, 41 42 of 2008. (M.S.R. J,) (A.Q. J,) 12-12-2025
