ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 92 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.67444 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, and learned counsel for the respondents, and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either sides, the above S.A.SR.No.67444 of 2024 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
