O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action against the management of the trust namely 'Vimala Venkatasalu Munikumar Medical Education and Research Charitable Trust, Salem for submitting false information and fabricated documents pertaining to the permission for starting 4 years B.Sc (Nursing) course in the name and style as 'London College of Nursing', Kallakurichi District as granted by the third respondent vide G.O.(Ms) No.273, Health and Family Welfae (PME.2) Department dated 23/7/2020.
2. Heard Mr.K.Prabakar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Mr.A.R.Sakthivel, learned Senior Panel counsel for Central Government takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.A.Mohamed Gouse, learned counsel takes notice for the sixth respondent and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 7 and 8.

4. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
5. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a representation dated 19/6/2024 addressed to the respondents 1 to 5, requesting them to conduct a proper enquiry on London College of Nursing and to take appropriate action against all the erred officials who had submitted false and fabricated documents for obtaining the Approval, Permission and affiliation for the B.Sc (Nursing) course in the name of "London College of Nursing", 76 A, Amman Nagar, Kachirapalayam Road, Kallakurichi District 606 202, at the earliest, before the commencement of the admissions for the academic year 2024 - 2025. Since the same has not been considered so far, petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19/6/2024 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed Page No:5/8
by this Court.
7. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 has no objection for the said order being passed and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's representation dated 19/6/2024 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.
8. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19/6/2024 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
9. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19/12/2024 mvs.
