This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.17059 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20575 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
