O R D E R

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the report submitted by the learned Official Liquidator in support of this application.

2. This application has been filed seeking for a direction to the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) to provide fund certificate and the details of deposit as mentioned in paragraph No.6 of the report pertaining to the company under liquidation.
