ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the second respondent has filed counter affidavit stating that order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. He further submitted that initially as per the earlier order it has been complied, subsequently, in view of the modification, modified amount has been calculated based on the emoluments as defined under Rule 30 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules and the pensionary benefits have been calculated based on the rules. He further submitted that Pension was authorised by the departmental authority, viz., the first respondent. and copy of the same also sent to the party on 03.03.2025. Hence I find that there is substantial compliance.
