ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to call for the connected records of the respondent relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.16775/2004/A1, dated 18.11.2004 and to quash the same. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the policy of the respondent-Government is to appoint non-hereditary trustee to the Temple and hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner is not sustainable. Further, no non-hereditary trustee has been appointed to the Temple in question, as O.A.No.9 of 1995 filed by the petitioner is pending before the respondent without disposal. Since no non-hereditary trustee is appointed, the disposal of this Writ Petition will not prejudice the rights of any of the parties in the said O.A. that is pending before the respondent. Even in case of any appointment of a Fit Person, it is also open for the parties to challenge the same in accordance with law. With these https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
