Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue the Natham patta in favor petitioner father in pursuance of assignment patta order passed by 4th respondent in vide NK/178/82 dated 13.08.1982 in survey No 887/1A and the Plot No.112 the property situated at Pasumbalur Village, Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue the Natham Patta in favour of the petitioner's father in pursuant to the assignment order passed by the respondent dated 13.08.1982, in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.887/1A, Plot No.112, situated at Pasumbalur Village, Perambalur Taluk.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
