ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed calling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension in Se.Mu.No.E1/043/2023 dated 14.06.2023 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to treat the period of suspension as duty period for all service and monetary benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 22.12.2023, the petitioner has been reinstated into service.
