This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Para 5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.22711 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 13.09.2024 to report before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi on every working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in S.C.No.184 of 2024 pending on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 16.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.22711 of 2024 vide order dated 13.09.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi, in connection with S.C.No.184 of 2024 on 16.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
