[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the husband of the detenue viz., Sudha, aged 28 years and has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the detenue has returned home.

Recording the said submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
