Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in the petition in Crl.MP.No.8494 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.241 of 2023 dated 20.06.2024, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before All Women Police Station, Paramathi, Vellore Taluk, Namakkal District on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m.", pending disposal of the appeal.
