This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal, in Crl.M.P.No.9080 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.819 of 2023 dated 25.06.2024.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 25.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.9080 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.819 of 2023.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), this miscellaneous petition is dismissed and the suspension of sentence already granted by this Court vide dated 25.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.9080 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.819 of 2/4

2023 is hereby cancelled.

5. The trial Court is directed to take steps to secure the accused and commit the petitioner-accused into custody for undergoing the sentence.
