ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.28413 of 2024 on 13.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the Villupuram Police Station on every day at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, they appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6:30 p.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry before the respondent police for a period of two weeks.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the condition in para 7(b) of the order dated 13.11.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.28413 of 2024 may be modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the Villupuram Town Police station.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the condition and the investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.28413 of 2024 on 13.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Villupuram Town Police Station at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, they shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6:30 p.m., until further orders.
