This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, No.1, Hosur to dispose of the O.S.No.68 of 2008.

2. The revision petitioner is the defendant in the suit. The 1/3

plaintiff / respondent herein filed the suit in the year 2008. The written statement was also filed in the year 2008. So morethan 15 years the case is pending. Therefore, the trial Judge is directed to dispose the suit along with other interlocutory application within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
