This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16783 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two normal sureties, instead of one shall be the blood surety.
