ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1493 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024 that the petitioner shall execute bond for sum of Rs.15,000/- and furnish two sureties for likesum, one surety shall be blood surety/spouse of the

accused. One surety shall be local surety.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 14.10.2024 and one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that this court had directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- and furnish two sureties for likesum, one surety shall be blood surety/spouse of the accused. One surety shall be local surety.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is unmarried and the petitioner's father is aged about 84 years and he is immobilised and the petitioner's mother is no more. The petitioner is ready to furnish two sureties.

4. Learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is an habitual offender having 30 previous cases.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration of the petitioner, the condition (I) imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner shall execute bond for sum of Rs.15,000/- and furnish two sureties for like sum. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
