ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24912 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024, the petitioner shall appear before https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis the respondent police everyday, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation is completed and the case is yet to be taken on file before the trial Court.

3. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 A.M, until further orders. 11-12-2024 To
