Crl.M.P.No.17343 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26573 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26573 of 2024 by order dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the NDPS Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26573 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
