(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.L.Parvin Banu, learned counsel appearing for Mr.K.C.Karl Marx, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondent 1 and Mr.Sekar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that the representation given by the petitioner dated 28.08.2023 would be considered before granting permission for opening the TASMAC shop.

3. In light of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.36379 of 2023 is closed.
