This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the 2nd respondent to dispose of a representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2024 and to appoint the 3rd reserve ward member T.Mohan as signing authority for Chinthamani Panchayat. 2.It is to be noted that the period of the panchayat has expired and special officer has been appointed. The relief sought in the writ petition cannot be granted and it is not possible of being adjudicated by this Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
