PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to quash the impugned notice dated 21.8.2025 in Z.O.C.No.55704/2025 under Sec.136 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act and all further proceedings in pursuant to the impugned notice to remove and demolish the entire superstructure of the building including of the petitioner at No.76, Paper Mills Road, Perambur, Chennai-600 011.

ORDER

2. We have gone through the inspection report filed before us. It is also stated that, in response to the notice, the petitioner has submitted his reply.

3. The respondent authorities shall consider the reply of the

petitioner and then proceed in accordance with law, as may be considered necessary.
