C.M.P.No.6025 of 2024 in A.S. No. 116 of 2019 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J This petition has been filed to implead the petitioners 1 to 3 as respondents 4, 5 and 6 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
